In the 2021 program year, Clary Coutu, current President of the New England Railroad Club has formed a new initiative to increase the club’s engagement with young professionals active in the rail industry.

The Presidents Young Professionals Advisory Council will embark in the development of initiatives geared towards the advancement of the regional railroad industry with the objective of:

1. Promoting interest of new members and young professionals across various fields of the industry
2. Develop Opportunities/ideas to expand the mission of NERRC
3. Identify opportunities for mentoring of young professionals

The Advisory Council will be composed of NERRC members with active status.
