DINNER RESERVATIONS

Reception: 6:00 p.m., Dinner 7:00 p.m.

Reservations must be accompanied by payment.
Indicate below the number of tickets/tables you wish to reserve, and mail to address indicated below, with payment. Refunds allowed only with minimum of 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to the Secretary. Tickets at the door, if available, will be $85.00.

GOLF RESERVATIONS

The New England Railroad Club (NERRC) has opted to again run TWOflights for the 2010Annual Golf outing. In order for the NERRC to give all of its members a chance to golf when they want, please limit the number of foursomes you request for the morning and afternoon flights.

The tee times are 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Those selecting the AMtee time will get coffee, donuts and muffins and a deli bar buffet lunch. The 1:00 PMtee time will include the deli bar buffet lunch only. You should arrive, properly attired, approximately one hour before the tee time. Proper attire means traditional golf dress, golf shoes must have non metallic spikes, and golf shirts must be collared. Jeans, T-shirts, tank tops, cut-off shorts, gymshorts, and sweat suits are not considered to be proper attire. Golfers not properly attired may not play golf.

In the unlikely event that the Ferncroft Country Club is forced to cancel the golf outing on the day of the event due to inclement weather, the deli bar buffet lunch will still be held. Since the food will have already been purchased, all golfers are encouraged to attend and enjoy the lunch.

Reimbursement for the golf portion of the outing fee will be made by the NERRC. The reservation form is on the back of this letter. Reservations by telephone will not be accepted. However, reservations may be emailed toKathyMcCarthy at kamccarthy@transystems.com, or sent by fax to (857) 453-5451. Reservations will be canceled if payment is not received by the deadline.

Reservations sent in any other manner, or to New England Railroad Club officers will not be accepted.
