Join us at our traditional Spring golf outing followed by our Annual Meeting
and Clambake. Take the opportunity to be reacquainted with old
friends or to meet new ones as you play on an extraordinary par 72
golf course.We will run a single afternoon flight for 2011 with a tee time
of 1:00 PM. A deli bar buffet lunch will be served from 12:00 PM to 1:00
PM. The Annual meeting will begin with cocktails and light horʼdoervs
at 5:00 PM while we wait for the last of the golfers to finish their rounds.
The Annual Clambake, featuring lobster, steamers, and all the fixinsʼ
follows. At the dinner we will also announce the results of the golf outing
and introduce the new Executive Committee for 2011-2012.
You may now reserve and pay for all of the dayʼs events - including golf
and hole sponsorships - online using Paypal. Simply click on the option
you want below to reserve tee time or dinner tickets. We still allow the
option to pay by check. Click on the "Download Forms" button below to
download a complete set of forms which include all information and
deadlines.
The deadline for golf reservations and hole sponsorships is May
6, 2011.
The deadline for dinner reservations is May 12, 2011.

The New England Railroad Club (NERRC) has opted to run a single afternoon flight for 2011. You should arrive properly attired, and in sufficient time to enjoy your lunch prior to the tee time. Proper attire means traditional golf dress: golf shoes must have non metallic spikes, and golf shirts must be collared. No jeans, T-shirts, tank tops, cut-off shorts, gym shorts, and sweat suits are allowed. Golfers not properly attired may not play golf.
In the unlikely event we are forced to cancel the golf outing due to inclement weather, the deli bar buffet lunch will still be held. All golfers are encouraged to attend and enjoy the lunch. Reimbursement for the golf portion of the outing fee ($130) will be made by the NERRC. We will again accept hole sponsorships from our members. Sponsorship of performance holes (longest drive and closest to pin) are also solicited. The cost of sponsoring a hole is $165.00 for new signs and $100.00 for those firms who purchased signs last year. Sponsors will receive a sign on the tee of the hole sponsored. Please Note: The New England Railroad Club reserves the right to assign holes when there is more than one request for a hole.
