The New England Railroad Club invites members, industry professionals, students, and individuals interested in a career in the railroad industry to join us at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, on Thursday, March 21, 2019. The Rail Tech Conference is both a technology driven forum and a professional development conference exploring high-tech solutions to issues relevant to the rail industry in New England.

The conference will provide participants – industry professionals from railroads, consulting companies, and suppliers, as well as those looking to start a career in transportation – with insight as to how the rail industry is seeking out and employing a wider range of tech skills in its daily operations. The application of new technologies, coupled with a skilled workforce that can both utilize and maintain them, is transforming the industry, allowing it to be faster, safer, and more efficient when responding to the challenges of today’s marketplace.

Event sponsorships allow us to offer more events and seminars at the Expo. By purchasing a sponsorship you will have the opportunity to showcase your company’s name and logo and receive added recognition throughout event.

Below is a list of available sponsorship options. After purchasing a sponsorship, instructions will be sent to you requesting your logo, ad graphics, name, and any other information.

Hosted Networking Reception Sponsor - $325.00
The hosted cocktail reception in the Exhibitor Pavilion is one of the Club's most well attended events. The reception features open bars and hot and cold appetizers. Sponsorship of the reception is open to all who wish to participate. Sponsors of the reception will receive:

  • Name on a poster located next to each bar
  • Recognition (name) in the hosted reception section of the show booklet
  • Recognition (logo or name) in a Powerpoint show running between seminars and during the dinner.

There were a total of 19 co-sponsors for last year's event. The amount per sponsor was $300.00. After the event, will we create a special on-line payment section using PayPal where you may pay by credit card. You can also pay by check if you so choose.

Show Posters - $500.00
Show posters announce individual seminars, provide directional information, and highlight events. Posters are 24x36 gloss color, mounted on foamcore. The sponsor of the show posters will receive:

  • 8" high x 24" wide space at the bottom of the posters for a logo or message
  • Recognition (name) in sponsorship section of the show book
  • Recognition (logo or name) in a Powerpoint show running between seminars and during the dinner.

Show Booklet Ads - $250.00 / space
The show booklet is an 8 to 12 + page, 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, color cover, black and white interior, publication distributed to all attendees the day of the event. The booklet is run on a professionally produced from a digital file to ensure quality. Back cover ad is in color and is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sponsors of the show booklet will receive:

  • An entire page as ad space.
  • Recognition (name) in sponsorship section of the show book
  • Recognition (logo or name) in a Powerpoint show running between seminars and during the dinner.

Seminar Banner Sponsor - $200.00   SOLD OUT
The seminar banner sponsor will be able to place a pop-up banner (generally 36" wide x 78" high) in either or both of the seminar areas.

Name Badges
Individual name badges are produced for the attendees of the show for entry purposes. The badges usually consist of a lanyard with a plastic pouch. The sponsor of the name badges will have their company's logo and name printed on the bottom of each badge. Companies sponsoring this are free to use their own supplier. The sponsors of the name badges will also receive:

  • Recognition (name) in sponsorship section of the show book
  • Recognition (logo or name) in a Powerpoint show running between seminars and during the dinner.

Refreshment Station - $350.00
The RR Club will be putting out a morning coffee/tea table for attendees in the exhibitor pavilion outside the seminar entrance area. The sponsor of the morning coffee will receive:

  • 2 to 3 color mini-posters (letter-sized) placed on the tea table with their logo and/or company name.
  • Recognition (name) in sponsorship section of the show book
  • Recognition (logoor name) in a Powerpoint show running between seminars and during the dinner.
